- What happens after my included call minutes?
- The receptionist keeps answering. Minutes past your plan’s allowance (300 on Pro, 800 on Premium) are billed at $0.25 each on your next invoice.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Paid plans after beta have no long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time. During beta there's nothing to cancel — you aren't being charged.
- Is the voice AI really available 24/7?
- Yes. Once it's set up, the AI receptionist answers calls around the clock — nights, weekends, and holidays — so you never miss a customer. It also cuts the cost of after-hours answering services, replacing expensive on-call staff or third-party call centers.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Paid plans after beta come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first charge and we'll issue a full refund.
